Transport and Lifting with Hercules: A Revolution in Super-Heavy Cargo Logistics
Hercules

Hercules, inspired by aircraft such as the Antonov, is an aerial logistics solution for the transport and lifting of super-heavy and oversized cargo, with capacity for 210 tons (matching the Antonov) and 21,000 m³ of cargo compartment volume.

Multimodal Capability: Transport + Lifting

Hercules stands out for its operational versatility. Equipped with integrated lifting systems — such as cranes or hoists — it can:

  • Remove heavy industrial equipment, or large assets such as turbines, transformers, mining machines, wind power units, oil platforms, silos, scrubbers and more, directly from their production sites (e.g., Germany, Sweden, USA…) and transport them by air to remote locations (e.g., hydroelectric plants in China, mines in Chile, frozen supplies in polar regions, silos in deserts).
  • Carry out lifting and assembly at any destination, without the need for external equipment or the outriggers and counterweights required by traditional cranes.
  • Make super-heavy logistics extremely simple, fast and economical, reducing, in the China example, 230 days to just 5.
  • For example, transport chemical waste charged at US$ 3.50/kg for incineration (e.g., contaminated chromic acid) by carrying it in polyethylene tanks from Frankfurt to the Sahara Desert, in Libya or Egypt, for burial.
  • Perform, with major differentiators and operational advantages, the work once envisioned for Cargo Lifter, whose project was discontinued at the beginning of this century.
  • Be prepared and decorated as a luxurious winged palace with 5,600 m² across 4 levels, with 2.5 m ceiling height, or as a majestic 180 m (600 ft) yacht.

This drastic reduction in time and logistical complexity represents a remarkable revolution for infrastructure projects.
